very sad news

My mom is with my grandma right now, and she says it would be almost impossible for her to travel to my wedding anymore -- her health has just gotten too bad and it would be too big of a risk for her to fly up north for the wedding. I am so sad, I have always dreamed about having my grandma at the wedding because I was always so close to her.... my mom would drop me off at her apartment when I was little and we would go have fun all over NYC without anyone else. But now it doesn't look like she can come and I am feeling really depressed.

Awww sweetheart I am so sorry...we are going through this with my grandfather and we are only an hour away..hang in there hopefully things will work out for you!

If she can't be with you she will be so happy seeing your pictures and watching your video.

Awww I am so sorry!

Listen, my cousin Lisa got married and her Grandma who is my Great Aunt was not well at the time of her wedding. She was in FL and could not make it. But, my cousin flew down there and took her dress with her and her husband and her renewed their vows in front of her Grandma. She LOVED it. You should do something like that so she can see you all dressed up in your dress. She would love that!

im so sorry to hear that news.

im in a similar situation. my grandmother will be unable to travel for my wedding either and it just breaks my heart. i'll keep ur grandma in my prayers...maybe her condition will changefor the better

Aww, I'm so sorry. My grandma means so much to me and I couldnt imagine my wedding day without her. Who knows what will happen though - maybe your grandma will be feeling up to it!
