ETA: Should I mention that there are only 9 rooms available and must be booked 1 month prior to wedding?

looks good, if you wanted to use mention the rooms...you can say 'rooms are limited, please reserve asap' or soemthing in that order?

Wow! These look great, you went all out! I do think that you should probably add that the rooms are limited. This way no one can get upset with you if they don't get a room. (People will blame anyone for anything)
