Hey gals, I just had a question for you married ladies

It is still 5 months before the wedding and there is a lot about to change and I can't get any sleep, or eat much, this is probably very normal BUT I need to hear it from you ladies.. THANKS

Re: Hey gals, I just had a question for you married ladies

Mishy ... b/f the wedding stress, anxiety, expectations are all so high. Weird dreams, sleepless nights, waking up 10 times throughout the night ... It's a nightmare. You're like the walking dead. But honestly, things settled down so nicely after the wedding, life really gets back to normal. There are still some exciting things left to do and that keeps you going, but now I'm just happy that we have each other back w/o the craziness!

Besides, I kept telling myself that I'd sleep on the HM! And I certainly did!

Re: Hey gals, I just had a question for you married ladies

I had waves of feeling the way you are.

At the five month mark, we didnt have too much to do. All the vendors were booked, items were on order, guest list was prepared but too early to send invites so I was anxious about not having too much to do and worrying about what was coming (rsvp's, fittings, etc.)

WHen things started rolling again I slept like a baby b/c I was running around like a maniac

Re: Hey gals, I just had a question for you married ladies

I was in the same situation as Christine. We had everything done that could be at that point. I mostly worried that I must be missing something, or forgot to do something. It could not be that there was nothing to do. Once things started rolling again, I was so busy and so tired, I had no problems sleeping. Don't worry, you will sleep again

Re: Hey gals, I just had a question for you married ladies

I was the same way...actually it hit me more at 2-3 months....but I lost like 10 pounds...had waves of anxiety...etc. but I found out that however much you stress and lose sleep etc....there will be things that can happen beyond your control...so just relax and know that afterwards it'll all go back to normal....

being married and relaxed and living a 'normal' life is wonderful!
