Wii Fit Review

OMG Its sooo much fun!!!

I've been playing everyday since Friday. Friday night I played for seriously 5 hours. You honestly dont feel like you are working out. I mean you do feel the soreness later on, but while you are doing it you're more focused on keeping up or getting the best time.

I love the aerobics and strength training! I just unlocked free run last night. What that is is you can jog while watching regular tv and the remote will still tell you how you are doing. They have that for free step too. I only lost one pound since friday but hey, thats a step! I actually look foward to playing/working out with it.

It was so funny. We bought another remote because they have a 2 player run, so FH and i were trying to beat one another. You really dont think of it as working out. I really recommend anyone who wants to get it, get it!

yay i cant wait to get it!!! does it really feel like a workout? I hear its sold out most places...

You really dont feel like you are working out. I mean, you do sweat if you are putting your all into it and with some of the strength training exercises. For example, the push up/side planks and the lunges are HARD! But whats good is that it measures your posture and weight so it knows whether or not you are doing it properly.

I'm pretty sure if you went into the city this weekend to Nintendo world, you should be able to get it. Thats where FH went Friday morning.

i love it! I didnt unlock free run yet, that sounds awesome!

my favorite part is that i always have done yoga tapes but you REALLY feel it when you do it correctly and it helps you do that! what a difference

ALSO LOVE: hula hooping! LOL

All free step is, is stepping on and off the board at a certain pace and switching legs. You can determine if you want to do it for 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Once you start you can change the channel and watch regular tv. Through the speaker in the remote you hear the beat you are supposed to step to and the lady

tells you when to switch legs and how many you've done every 100. Your goal in 10 minutes is 800 steps.

DH woke up from a nap and saw me hula hooping - he just shook his head and walked away
i am like a maniac with it! LOL and when you dont bend down far enough and they hit you in the head!

free step sounds AWESOME! i hope i unlock it tonight
its going to be sad when everything is unlocked!

maybe i can coax my mom into buying it since she doesnt go to the gym but wants to loose weight. and then i can use it haha

This sounds like fun. I didnt want to get it because they said it seem more like a game than a workout but I guess having the pushups and lunges do help.

FH always gets hit in the head! He doesnt know how to distribute his weight

I have all the aerobics and balance games unlocked. But you still unlock different reps and places. For example with the running, you have the short, long, and now i'm doing island lap. And i think there is more. But yeah, once everything is unlocked it'll stink. Im always look ooooh whats new when I unlock something

It does feel a lot like a game. But if you do things right, you do feel the workout. The balance games are pretty much just for fun i think. However, with the long jump you are squating
