I'm not too sure, but I think I've heard that it is not such a great area. You may want to do some research first. Are you thinking of moving there?

We are going to look at a house on Sat in the Wheatley Heights/Dix Hills area? I looked online. It's seems ify.

I think it all depends which side of the street you are on, literally! I just looked up the neighborhood on mlslireality.com. You may find what you need there. School district info, housing, crime rates, etc.

I think Wheatley Heights is the part of Dix Hills that borders on Wyandanch

I replied in the other thread (newlywed board) but I'll reply here too I grew up very close to that area and it does depend exactly where it is.
