B-pic question...

Can anyone reccommend a hotel that would be nice to use for B-pics? Me and 2 friends are going to book sessions back to back, and the photographer reccommended that we go to a hotel. I am looking for something that is reasonable with a good view for background shots! Also, on the Bluedaisyboudoir.com site, gallery 3, 3rd to last photo, there is an awesome pic with a bridge in the background....does anyone know where this was taken??? Thank you all in advance for your help!!!

oops, i got the street wrong in the FM, sorry! but that's where it was taken, the room was on the 19th floor. it was a blast taking pics there!

Ahh!! I know, I am sooo lazy in not doing those pics....would you believe that I JUST submitted my cd to Duet for my video? All I had to do was burn 3 songs on a cd...I didn't even have to drop it off...I could've mailed it....soooo lazy post wedding!! I will ask joe to put some pics on here so I can share the wealth....

i don't have any experience with this hotel, but i read about it in the paper a couple weeks ago and it sounds amazing!

Ravel Hotel

it's a luxury boutique hotel in Long Island City. It is literally right across the east river...check out this picture, you can see the 59th street bridge (i think) from the window...
