Dear Pottery Barn

You know how much I love your home furnishings, textiles, and color palettes. I have been loyal, I have been faithful, I've even paid retail on occasion. So its time we had a little meeting about your 'sale' tactics lately.

PLEASE stop listing items that are marked down 1 PENNY on your sale pages. $20 to $19.99 is not a sale, and in fact, makes me want to leave your site immediately and never return.

SECOND, and this has bugged me for YEARS, stop putting EVERY QUILT and DUVET I've had my eye on for 6 months on sale only when the SHAMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. That s*cks and its kinda creepy that you do it every time.

That's all for now, I still love you and think we can work it out, but I have to see some effort on your part.

Don't get me started on PB....I registered there & OYE VEY!!! If my bathroom towels and shower curtain got discontinued one more time within a year, I was gonna scream!!!!
