Going to get a hair cut and color after work today! HELP!

okay so after work I'm going to get my hair cut and colored. I was thinking something along the lines of this

This type of cut except a little longer



and something like this kind of color:



and this is me currently (well from the honeymoon 3 months ago - but i haven't changed it since then) not the greatest pic - sorry



What do we think? Suggestions are welcome!

the cut is pretty, i dont know the texture of your hair but when i get layers its so different on me than others. So depending on your hair it can be either great or drive you nuts. For me if i dont sit a long time to blow dry every little section then it wont look like that at all and the bad thing is if i dont sit and do it well then my hair looks bad with so many layers and not doing it. But then theres people like my mom who have real nice thick hair that the layers on her always look great

I've had layers before so i definitely know how the work with my hair - and yea it's a bit of a pain to blow them straight but easier (for me) actually then blow drying my hair with it's all one length.

Thanks for the tip though! What do you think about the color?

thanks girls! I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and my stylist is closed so I'm getting it done tonight. Hopefully I can do it myself after I wash it!

I'm gonna have to! I don't think my hair will stay just blow out - it falls flat quick!

Post some pics and show us what you decided! I love that cut and color and agree that chunky blonde highlights would look awesome too!!
