'08 crashing...help!

OK I know this has been posted like 10,000 times but now as I sit here writting out the envelopes I am at a loss.
Can you tell me who and what you tipped everyone.
I am thinking....

Photo-tipping when all is said and done
Video-tipping when all is said and done
DJ-I think we gave him $150 with 2 assistants (not positive-it could have been 100)
Bridal Attendant-50 each
Maitre D-400 (we did not do the pp price which is 3-5 pp
Alter Boys-recommended is $10 each-if you are having a full mass, if only a ceremony there wont be any altar boys
Limo-100 (we only had 1 limo and he drove us all around)
hair-nothing my aunt did it
Makeup-I think MILgave her 50 for 3 of us

Also, just so you know, if you have a photographer, videographer or whomever that OWNS the company, you do not need to tip them as they are getting the whole thing. if you went through a large studio for example, then you would tip because the photographer is only getting a percentage of the total cost as the studio gets the rest. does that make sense?
