NWR - stiff neck? HELP!
My neck has been bothering me for a week now. It is really stiff and hurts when I try to move it too much (like I slept weird, only it isn't going away). Anyone know any good streches to help me out or have any other advice?

Do you sleep with the AC on at full blast? Believe it or not, that causes a stiff neck. I have no remedy to offer but suggest putting the AC at a lower setting when you go to bed. The cold tenses up the muscles.

Heating pad for 15 minutes.....also if you have a hand held in your shower make it as hot as you can stand, take the hand held and run it across the part of your neck that pulls-while doing this slowlymove your head-I did this to myself a few weeks ago and this was the only thing that made it easier to deal with

Funny you should say that...I had one about 2 weeks ago and it took about a week to get better.....No idea how I got it!! I hate the AC and don't sleep with it in my house so who knows how I got it

wierd, but I had one too! I knew it was just from sleeping weird. TAke some advil, it should go away in a few days.
