Re: Wedding Planner

if you have just 2 months left then you wont need a full wedding planner. There is something called partial planning when they come in after you have everything booked and help with design and decorating and other tasks...but since you have 2 months, i suggest just getting a DOC

Re: Wedding Planner

THanks! I was actually just wondering. A friend of mine who lives in FL wants to hire one to plan his wedding that will be up here and was asking how much they run.

Im thinking about getting a DOC, but I'm not sure. My mom seems to think its a great idea, so who knows...

oh i thought it was for you. Depends, some charge more than others but prices ive seen average about $1500-2500 for full wedding planning...sometimes its about 10-15% of the whole wedding cost

Looking back now, some days I'm sure I could have loved having one, but I wouldn't change it!! I loved planning my wedding!!

1500-2500 isn't that bad, but 10-15% of the total wedding cost could be rough.. He asked if I could do it and he would pay me, but I don't know.. Planning another one may be a little more than what I bargained for.

Thanks for your help!!
