July wedding

Hello ladies!

Im getting married in July of 2010 and was just wondering what color schemes would be appropriate. I am lost with what compliments what and what are summer colors.

Any July brides past or present with any ideas and pics?!

Im getting married in August of 09 and doing fall colors. Now a days you can choose whatever color schemes you want.

I'm getting married in July of 2010 as well. I'm thinking of doing a bright, tropical scheme- turquoise, hot pink, & orange.

I'm also considering red and white.

this is the best pic I have of my color scheme.

The girls dresses are the main color, and the bouquet the accents. It looked better than I ever expected it to, my flowers were amazing - and the dress color was called Atlantic - so perfect for summer I thought.

Im using pale yellow and maybe gold- not sure yet;)

we are using navy blue and champaigne/ivory with some silver to accent stuff

but we are doing somewhat of a military wedding

thats why we went with navy

I'm not having a summer wedding, but if I were, I'd do pale blue/turquoise and red. Sounds weird but I saw it in a Martha Stewart catalog and it's so pretty - and looks totally summery

I think pink, green (not dark), teal, yellow are always good for the summer. I am getting married in July 09 and I am probably doing pink and green. Keep checking my albums eventually there will be tons of stuff in there.

green was originally my first choice but the inside of the church we decided on is green and I don't want the girls to be lost in the background. I also love bright colors so now i'm totally confused lol

KSquared- I love the color of your dresses and the flowers look beautiful with them. What designer are they?

you can go with any color you choose I wanted my wedding to be different so for my July 2 wedding I used burnt orange and everyone loved it

Its your wedding so who cares if it matchs the season. Pic colors YOU love! The flowers can always be summery.

I'm doing some shade of blue - cornflower or pacific - and peaches/oranges - sort of a tropical/beachy theme

My girls wore champagne and we did chocolate brown sashes and lots of pink flowers everywhere...pics in album.. You can do anything!!! Go with what you love, light, bright, even black dresses would look summery with bright flowers!
