YAY!!! It finally happened! (pic inside)

FH and I closed on our yesterday! We are now homeowners!!!!! The guy is coming today to spackle/paint, etc. I am sooo excited!

Thank you! The house is charming. It needs some new paint and we are gutting the bathroom, but other than that it was the perfect 1st house for me and FH to start our lives together!

We just started looking at house. Its hard. and alot of the pictures they take make it look so much nicer than it is. LOL. Hopefull we will see something we like soon!! LOL. Best of luck!!!

Just hang in there! This is the first house we looked at, but then we looked at 12 more after it just to make sure. Then we finally decided on this one and we managed to close on it in 30 days!
