2nd Time Brides who already got there lisence
Did you need a certified copy of your divorce decree or did you just need all the info for your ex and the divorce date. I went to the NYS website and it said they might need copies.

I am not a 2nd time bride but my FH was married once and you need to bring your actual divorce decree (not the settlement just the decree) and it needs to have a raised seal.

You need the actual decree (it has a blue page as the last page). It's the ones thats stamped and dated.
