have them write on the contract about the open bar ... i know that CLM offers fun fruity drinks (like pina coladas) and also write on the contract that guests will greeted with chamagane or drinks as the arrive

If you want to add extras to the menu, I would say do it now as oppose to later. pricing may go up.

I think they would have to honor the prices they give when you sign per extra - for us they wrote in the price next to each thing. We are adding them in closer to the wedding date because Lou told us they might be more inclined to throw some things in closer to the date than at the beginning when you first sign

Congrats!!!! We didn't ask for anything...we are waiting one because we don't know what extras we can afford and two hoping they will throw something in when we do ask.

In case of bad weather, etc, make sure you confirm any cancellation policies, make sure you have in writing if they threw in things like the coat check or valet... :) Congrats!! I booked my venue recently and I think it's the best feeling!
