about to go BRIDEZILLA on Dante Zellers

So, we found a tux FH really likes which trust me was very hard. He didn't even want to wear one...at the Westbury Dante Zellers.
They couldn't have him try it on then because apparently you can only try them on in one store so it had to get shipped. So, we went back on the day scheduled to try it on and they didn't have it! Noone ever bothered to call us. So, then we rescheduled for this Monday. Now they are saying that they can only have it until 6 p.m. which I can't do I get home from work at 7. So, I call them back and they don't know what I am talking about. HELLLLLLLLO!

I had the same exact promblem with them! it got sooo bad my fh had to call the reginal supervisor!
