100 calorie packs stink.

I had one slice of pizza for lunch at 12:30, a pear at 3:00 and a 100 calorie pack of chex just now. I am starving. I want a big bowl of mac and cheese, now.

I am going to the gym. But alas, I have no mac and cheese readily available. Water will have to do.

Or, I can have another 100 calorie pack. Or some nuts. Nuts are good in small doses, right?

No peanuts in these mixed nuts I bought. What about cashews, walnuts, almonds? They must be good for energy, right?

be careful make sure you get the right amount of calories your body needs according to your height and weight or your metabolism will slow down if you have fewer than you need.

I can't eat just one so when I buy them, I bring one to the office and leave the rest home or in my car - I'm too lazy to go to the car when I'm home at night snacking. Ha ha.

I love them but mostly because of the built in portion con trol!

almonds are the healthiest nuts but walnuts are pretty good too!

And the easy mac and cheese isn't too bad and not too many calories!
