how did you word it on your menu? i'm not sure if i should just write lemon sorbet or if i should put that it cleanses the palette? what do you think/? TIA

I'm not doing menus, so whatever the hall puts on themenu. I'm pretty sure they just show it as intermezzo. I agree, I think intermezzo is fine. I think most people know what it is...no need to elaborate.

I am using whatever menus my RH provides as well - I think they will just list it as Intermezzo.
You can put:
Intermezzo - Lemon Sorbet
that way your guests will know what to expect

so i added "intermezzo" and made a few other adjustments, printed out 8 of them (i have two on each 8.5x11 sheet), and since i am out of CYAN INK  I cannot print anymore. I guess cyan is needed to print brown or orange??? who knew???
So now I can only make 8 of them. Guess I will print more tomorrow after i get ink .. the rest at work
