Should I invite my boss?

Hi Ladies, Just wanted to know if you think that I should invite my boss to the wedding. I work in San Diego and she works in LA, we work together once a week or every other week. I've only been working here 3 months so far. She is from NY originally so we have a lot in common. She is having a baby in May and all of her family still lives on LI. My wedding is July 4th. Not sure if I should invite her or not.

It seems as though you have a more than casual relationship. I would extend an invite.

Personally, I think you should invite her.

You really should have two guest lists, when you start getting back NO's, you send out the other invitations that you were questioning their invites.

Just a suggestion.

I think you should invite her. She can either accept or decline, but at least you offered
