South Shore (Island Park area)

Well, I keep looking at the weather... and it looks as though it's going to rain...

We were going to have our pictures taken on the boardwalk at Long Beach, but for some reason i don't think this is going to happen...

Anyone have any ideas? Our ceremony begins at 2:30pm (full mass) so we're also dealing with a time issue... hope it clears up or holds out until 6pm!

But just in case it doesn't... any suggestions?

Re: South Shore (Island Park area)

I am potentially facing the same problem, and am considering renting EAB as a backup. Our wedding is in May and I know we have time.

I think the fee for EAB is $300. Let me know if you find an alternative place.

BTW - do you live near IP? I live in Long Beach, and we're getting married at Bridgeview

I actually live in the Bronx... but fh used to live in Island Park.

Bridgeview is a cool place to get married! I would have never thought of that!

Re: South Shore (Island Park area)

it poured at my sisters wedding...and they were still able to take pictures under a big beach/golf umbrella...

I also bought matching umbrellas for my BMs...b/c there was a slight chance for rain...and the photographer used them in the pictures anyway...it was cute...
