IT POURED TODAY!!! (PICS LINK)

IT WAS SO FABULOUS!!! STARTED OFF A LIL ROUGH BUT IT WAS SO GREAT.

It wasn't a surprise and my mom, FMIL and I did all the planning and decorating. It took place at Oriental Plaza in Staten Island. Future Mulligan had hers there recently as well. We have 86 people, 8 tables.

The food was amazing. Its one of my favorite restaurants. The cake was from Mona Lisa in Brooklyn. My FMIL made her famous rice pudding, 'dirt' and rocky road candies. Not to mention a fruit platter and tons of italian cookies.

I got tons and tons of stuff. The one thing I REALLY wanted I did't get though - my kitchen aid mixer.

I did however get a 26' flat screen from FMIL.

we had Stak Images there to document the whole thing. By far the BEST decision.

More to come in the future!

wow.. it looks like so much fun!!! and those pictures are amazing!!! the food looks fabulous and it looks like you had a great time!! CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love that you had a pro photographer there!!! They were able to capture some great moments which are my fave pics to put up around my home!!
Congratuations to you and don't feel bad, I didn't get my KitchenAid mixer either, but I'm still working on convincing DH that we need one. There is always using the gift the keeps on giving-$ or GCs from your shower or wedding!!

everything looked great - i LOVE that you had a photographer - i mentioned it to FH that i wanted one there but there wasn't

i never bothered to ask him why not - either he forgot or it was to expensive
