First dance song? (Kinda long)

For as long as we've been together, fh and I have loved this song called 'My Heart is Yours.' It's the only song we can both agree on and it's kinda been our thing for years now. But it drives me nuts that we don't know the artist who sings it. I've tried looking it up online but I can't find answers. We can't agree on music usually and that's why we know it's gonna be tough for us to find our first dance song. We really do want it to be 'My Heart is Yours' but we're not so sure because our band we hire would have to learn it and like I said, we don't know who the singer is. The song is also very very slow but the lyrics sound beautiful to me. I know we have a lot of time to decide on our song but it's been driving me nuts!!!

The lyrics might not all be correct because it's just from people that have copied them from listening to it lol. What do you think??

Btw - All music download sites say the song is by DMB, Matchbox 20, Garth Brooks, Phish, etc. The list goes on lol. Weird right?

have you heard the songs from each artist listed. Sometimes an artist will remake a song so i wonder if they all did that same song just their own version. Ill look it up and see if i can find it

when i looked up 'my heart is yours lyrics' DMB came up and the lyrics are the same as yours. The other thing you can do is go to google and put in 'matchbox 20 my heart is yours lyrics' and do this with each artist to match up the lyrics and see if its the same song. Otherwise i'd go with the DMB one, well look it up on youtube and see if its the same song
