Should I shorten my sash or leave it alone?

Hey girls. I am debating whether or not I should have my alteration lady cut my sash to make it shorter, or should I just leave it how it is.

I just feel like it is toooo long and big!!

Re: Should I shorten my sash or leave it alone?

Will it be busteled (sp?) with your train or will it be loose?

Re: Should I shorten my sash or leave it alone?

Are you wearing a cathedral veil? If so, definitely shorten it because there would be too much going on.

I just looked at the pics of you wearing the dress and it looks like they could be shortened a bit.

Re: Should I shorten my sash or leave it alone?

maybe shorten it a little so it's even with the train but you can also bake the bow a bit bigger that will shorten the ends

Re: Should I shorten my sash or leave it alone?

I am wearing an elbow length veil.

The sash will be bustled with the train, unless I get it shortened.

Re: Should I shorten my sash or leave it alone?

I would shorten it so you don't have to get it bustled and you can still see the beading on the bottom throughout the night
