Bridesmaid Dress Dilema!!
Okay, I have 12 bridesmaids! I know that is a lot and I am crazy! Now, I let my sister the MOH pic the dress, cause everyone will never agree. I like the seperates idea, but they are too expensive! Do you think 12 of these will be too overwhelming? I just love how it compliments my dress! Or do you think I should not be concerned with price? My FH SIL has to buy 3, because her 2 daughters are my jr's. Thanks!

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Dilema!!
i think the dress is lovely. however, i would be concerned with price. being a bridesmaid is an expensive ordeal (i've been one more times than i'd care to state) and having to buy an expensive dress that you will only wear once is asking a lot of your bridesmaids. however, it is your day and if you have your heart set on a particular dress, then tell your bridesmaids - however, be ready for some rumblings when they learn of the price. is there a way they can buy them online at a discounted price? (e.g., netbride.com) looking into this for them may ease their frustrations at having to buy an expensive dress.

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Dilema!!
$175 is not a bad price at all and if you can find it on netbride, or somewhere else less expensive than I REALLY wouldn't worry about it!I think the dress is really nice.....

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Dilema!!
I am not really concerned about the 175 price. You don't think it will be too overwheliming with 12 of those dresses next to me! The worry is with the price of the seperates, if that is what I decide to do, but I love the other dress so much!

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Dilema!!
Thanks gals! That is close to the color, it is a bit darker in the pics though. It is called victorian lilac. That is the color no matter what dress I decide though. My gown has embroidered purple flowers on it. So I think that is the perfect color, not to mention it is my favorite color. I am a purple freak

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Dilema!!
Check other stores, BUrton's is usually cheaper, Helen's inCOmmack, usually has a coupon, that they weill give you if you don't have, or netbride. Also go to different plaes to try to get them to lower the price, if you are buying twelve they should give you a discounted price.

Re: Bridesmaid Dress Dilema!!
I have been talking to my mother. I think I am now leaning towards the seperates idea! Everyone will be happier. I just have to make sure the price is okay with a few girls. Is Helen's open on Saturday's? I've been there, I guess I will go back to check out their seperates. Thanks for the opinions Ladies!
