She just got this one 2 yrs ago. I didnt realize there was so much stuff in the thing that fills up, whatever you call it, and I guess it got too full. I emptied it and it still isnt working.

I might have to go get her a new one... she is going to kill me

We bought a NEWWWWW one and I broke it the 2nd time I used it by cleaning up paper that was shredded

I thought I was just cleaning and it was getting stuck inside the machine and it hasnt worked since....... we are just going to pony up the dough and buy a new one instead of dealing with getting it fixed and that headache....
