Finally went back to the gym!

So now that the semester is finally over FH and I started our 'bridal bootcamp'

9 months til the big day so we headed back to the gym tonight! I'm so happy FH will go with me. It definitely gives me motivation!

Once you start, it's easy to stick to it. Just remember the hard part is going but once you are there, it's not so bad.

Yea definitely!! Once we were there I was fine. The hard part is getting out the front door to go (and the gym is about 300 ft from our place

It's in our co-op community)

Congrats!!! It is such a GREAT feeling once you are there!!! Your lucky to have your FH to motivate you. We used tyo go together but he broke his toe and has been able to go with me

Yay!!! The best thing is to go directly from work!

I tried taking my mom today for the first time. I got nothing done! I may do a video tonight!

I wish I could do that, but I already wake up at 530am for work. So working out before would be crazy for me! I'd fall asleep as I'm teaching!

haha same here. I don't teach, but I work in the Hamptons and have an hour drive to work, so I'd fall asleep while I was driving if i worked out before work I think

Nice! It's nice to have someone to go with.

I usually go before work at 6am, but I skipped this morning. So I just went for a full hour. Now I'm tired and afraid I won't be able to wake up to go in the morning! Hahahaha.
