Huntington Medicenter?

Anyone ever go here or to another medicenter? Or even an urgent care facility? I have a gyn issue for which I am going to try to get an appt. with my old dr's office with tomorrow - but I don't know if they will be open. Plus, my dr. left the practice and I have been told the other docs aren't great - and it's a 20 min. drive whereas the huntington medicenter is really close to me. I have to work tomorrow for a while and going to the medicenter would be easier, but if it's gross or not a nice place, I'll go to the doc ... if I can get in. If not, I kinda have to see someone.

Been there it's great, clean and drs. are very nice. I don't live around there anymore so haven't been in awhile. Don't know if I'd go for a gyn problem but have always gone for colds, sore throats, etc.

is it on pulaski road? they have all kinds of drs there right? if that is what you are referring to, i have been there and it is great.

I used to work there. The one in Huntington and the one in Northport are connected. They are both great and will definitely take you. You can walk right in. If you have any other questions FM me.

Thanks! I called the one in Huntington to ask if they had GYNs on staff - and they said no ... did people go for GYN issues??? I'll fm you too .. thanks!

Jen, I went there a couple of times when they were right around the corner from my parents' house - a bit further west on Jericho than where they moved to now. I didn't go for GYN issues though... I would hope they'd be able to help with that since it's a walk-in clinic but I dunno... I hope you feel better!
