Less than thrilled with hair trial....

so, I had my hair trial about 2 months ago and she did 3 styles but none of them really did ME any justice. They all came out beautiful, but after looking at the pics, I realized that none of them were really me. Now, with my wedding a month a way I'm kinda freaking out. I feel like I want to schedule another trial but I don't want to pay another $100 for it. What would you do in my situation?

If you're not happy with it ... I would reschedule another hair appointment. I know it's a pain and almost a waste of money to keep going for trials but if you're unhappy or unsure you might just need the extra reassurance.

I would not spend the extra money, if you have someone who did a great job dont worry just bring some pics of what you want and they will handle the rest you can change your mind if u dont like it the day of, just make sure you have enough time with your hairstylist

Are you booked with someone? If so why don't you go back to her and ask her to change a couple of things. Do you have any pics?

Yeah, I'm booked with someone already. I was so sure that I wanted to wear my hair down but when I looked at the pics it just didn't look right. My hair looks better in an updo. But I didn't like the one she did on me. I have the pics on my home computer.

Are you thinking of scheduling another trial with the same person or a different person? Maybe if its with the same person and you tell them you are just concerned because you werent really happy with the 3 they will charge you less for another trial?

spend the 100, after all the money you put into the wedding its worth it to be certain you are happy with the way you look.

Oh no. It would definately be with the same person. I love the way that she does hair. I'm thinking that maybe I'm just really picky with myself.

If you're that unhappy, I say make another appointment and try again, you don't want to wait for your wedding day and deal with a hair disaster!

I totally agree you dont need to be stressing the day of the wedding or have her do your hair and hate it the day of.

See if you can pay half the price for another trial considering you are already booked with her!

If you would like, I can refer you to the girl doing my hair...she does a great job, and yet she has FREE trials! FM for info. Best off to get something for free...specially so close to you wedding...

i am in the SAME position! i have had FIVE hair trials already and have litereally been underwhelmed with every single one of them!

I am trying to now only go for trials with people who i think will be phenominal and i only want to go to one more - but i say do it, hair is VERY important and you have to be happy with it on your day or else it will bother you all day!

If you have been doing all 3 hair trials with the same person, I would spend the $100 and go some place else. Do you have a pic of what you are looking for? Do you also have pics of the 3 other styles (that you didnt like)?? It would help if you went to get your hair done with pics so that she has an idea of what you are looking for and what styles you didnt like. Also, do you have any pics so that we can see??? I'd love to see it!!!

hair and makeup are two of the most important things for you wedding day... these are the pictures you're going to be looking back on for the rest of your life and you want to be happy with the way you looked!!!! Either go back to your girl and try to work something out with different pictures to create a new style or try someone else... its absolutely worth whatever money it costs for you to be happy!!!! good luck!
