Wii Fit

Hi girls! Just wondering if any of you have or have tried Wii Fit? Mine should be here on Thursday and I wanted to know what you all think of it? Is it fun, is it any good? I also ordered the Jillian Michaels Wii game for it, so if you've tried that too please let me know. TIA

i just got 1 for xmas (FH let me have it early) and i actually really like it...as crazy as it sounds, i feel like i get somewhat of a workout from it...

whenever I go to my friends house we always play it. You do get a work out and its pretty good. Also for the regular Wii games, try the boxing game. REALLY works out your arms, the day after I was so sore after playing for so long.

I agree, the boxing game is great for arms....Boogie and Boogie superstar are pretty good as well for a little cardio.

The balance games were doing wonders for my bad posture until I stopped having time to do it. It shouldn't replace other workouts, but I think its good if you do another workout in the morning and then play that at night. I was losing weight using it. Just be prepared when you build your little Wi Mi for the game, it blows the person up like a balloon to your size. My dad loved playing with my Wii Fit until I had him make his own Wii Fit Mi. After it blew up to a fat Mi he quit on the spot. He never used it again.

The Jillian Michaels game is great. I have trouble getting the Wii to register that I've done some of the exercises, but I figure as long as I'm keeping my heart rate up, whether the machine counts the reps or not, doesn't really matter.

After the first time that I did it, though, my legs were so sore, I could barely walk for 3 days! LOL

I love it.. It's really fun. I'm not sure just how real the results would be though. I mean I guess it's getting the heart rate up and your body moving so that's a good thing. Either way it's loads of fun!!!!

crashing---I have the fitt and the jillian michaels game and LOVE them both!! Its really worth the money in my opinion and the jillian michaels one is nice bc it gives you tips that you can unlock the more you use the game (like cooking tips, restuarant tips etc...)
