I think my body is craving activity and a workout ...
I am all stiff lately. I think my body is missing the cardio and just all over movement I was doing when I was going to the gym. I don't feel like going back just yet ... especially with the holidays around the corner, it's like why bother just yet
And I have no time - work is busy and I have a lot of shopping to do ... but it's funny how your body tells you things!!!

i think it was the hardest after the wedding. I gained 10pounds after the wedding and was so depressed. I just started getting back into the swing of things about a week and a hlaf ago and i've lost 6 pounds.I felt like how you feel... my body was telling me to get off my lazy @ss and do soemthing, lol

I was hoping someone would say nah, just get some more sleep tonight.
I am not in the mood mentally to go to the gym just yet. Not ready to get back to the routine. It was always such a hassle. Once I was there it was ok, I didn't complain or watch the clock, but going there right after work ... getting home at 7:30 ... then cooking and not wanting to do much of anything after eating and cleaning up from dinner - ugh. Maybe I will try to do that mary windsor pilates tape a few times a week to get back into it slowly, and then go back to the gym after new years. Now that DH is cooking more maybe he'll cook the nights that I go to the gym ...

my body needs to work out too. I sit at a desk all day and then by the time I get home and make dinner and do what needs to get done, its bed time! I need a few more hours in the daya nd an extra day in the week!!!

I am with you, mentally I work out 5 times a day, physically I can't get myself to the gym lately. Every night I say I'm going and every night i don't go!!! I feel like my body needs it though, I always felt just all around healthier when I was going!

Stop telling yourself you are going to go! It works wonders for the guilt
Seriously, if you stop setting yourself up, you won't feel so bad. That's kinda why I gave myself until New Years - I have the month to get myself ready for it. If I said I was going to go and then not go, I'd feel horrible. I know that I am not ready to go yet, but that's it's getting close.

Yea, it took me about 2 months to get back in my routine. I was like going to the gym once a week because DH would sit on the couch and I wanted to relax with him. This week I am finally back and even though I am sore VERY SORE. I feel so much better. I was feeling not myself.

I know what you mean...but i can't w/o during the week. Why is there always time to work and do chores but not work out?

my body and the scale have both been telling me to get my fat as s to work out but i just cant seem to do it yet....

I think we are just being happy newlyweds. It's ok. For now.Until the unhappy half of the newlywed couple starts complaining.

it was hard for me to get back into it..but after I did ..it felt as i never left..and my body (i'm sure) thanks me for it! I lost almost all of the weight I wanted to

ok so i got back to it today and did one of my old taebo videos......
what windsor pilates videos do you do???
i need to change up the routine so maybe i will stick with it if the videos present new challenges
