oooh .. Laura ...

Let me know how you like it! If you make a spinach pie regularly, then maybe you could help me 'liven it up' a little!

Re: Another good recipe ... Spinach pie

Ok so I made it to the supermarket tonightI modified the recipe with points attached using nutritional info on packages-- Do not use entire package of philo dough(unless of course you want to gain weight as you are eating it
Here you go-- will let everyone know how it turns out
20 oz Frozen spinach(2)
3/4 cup Fat Free Cottage cheese(2)
2 whole eggs (4)
Reduced Fat Feta Cheese(6 oz reduced fat 6)
Philo Dough(4 oz of 16 oz package 7)
diced onions
seasoning ... to taste

Defrost spinach & dough
Mix spinach, cheese, onions, & egg.
In a large casserole dish, layer dough & mixture.

Bake at 350 .... 20 - 30 minutes ... or until dough is brown
Total Points=21
not sure on serving size until I see how much it makes--but figure 4 servings for about 5 points each
