Cake flavor help!

Hi 08-ers! I'm hoping you can all help me out. What was your cake flavor? I could really use some ideas - thanks!!!

well funny thing is... what we decided on and what we had were two different things strangely enough (I noticed it one week later when I was sadly still eating this little piece of cake I refused to through out)

We were going to do white cake inside with chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries. Instead we ended up having chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries... ironically what we wanted originally but had thought we decided to do the white cake as it was a more 'classic' look.

white chocolate mousse filling with yellow and chocolate cake ... we had a 4 tier cake so alternating cake

chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries and our second flavor was white cake with a irish cream and chocolate chip mousse. LOVED the chocolate mousse but should of done a carrot cake for the main tier for our theme.

inside our cake we had white/yellow cake with dulce de leche buttercream and caramel and also white/yellow cake with raspberry buttercream and raspberry puree

we were between white chocolate with raspberry filling & cannoli with white cake- we tasted both & ended up going with the white/cannoli- we felt like more people would like that combo

We had carrott with white mouse and then a vanilla with a choclate raspberry filling. They alternated. It was amazing!!!

We had 2 layers of yellow cake and 1 layer of chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and strawberry mousse.

we had a 2 different flavors for the layers.

one was cannoli - yumm
and the other
strawberrys and chocolate mousse

We had a marble cake with chocolate and vanilla pudding with butter cream ivory frosting
