What do you usually eat for breakfast?
I either have a bowl of cereal or egg whites.

It's peanut butter jelly time!!!
I eat that on whole wheat bread!! So delicious, filling and full of good protein!

Usually apple and cinnamon oatmeal, and occasionally egg whites on a roll with alpine lace swiss and salt pepper and ketchup.

Egg Whites w/all different kinds of things in them,like onions,tomatoes,mushrooms and once in a while cheese.Lots of protein & low calorie

I usually eat a hollowed out bagel w/butter, a grapefruit or orange, coffee and glass of OJ.Not the healthiest of breakfasts, but at least I've finally broken myself of the bacon cream cheese habit!!

An english muffin during the week, weekends usually strawberry pancakes and maybe some bacon or sausage

during the week...buttered roll with hot teaweekend...it can be anything from bacon & eggs...to pancakes...
