What are some things women do months before TTC?

I'm just curious if there is a norm for what women do let's say 5-6 months before they are hoping to TTC.....TIA!

My OB/Gyn told me its very important to start taking prenatal vitamins up to a year before you TTC and all during of course. I was surprised to find that out, but the prenatals are great they give you lots of energy and pep I think!

My OB/Gyn told me its very important to start taking prenatal vitamins up to a year before you TTC and all during of course. I was surprised to find that out, but the prenatals are great they give you lots of energy and pep I think!

There must be something wrong with my prenatals.....I've been exhausted for the last few weeks.

I've been taking Rainbow Light, which is like a higher dosages of a multivitamin, I also take it with my regular Calcium & Magnesium pills

Take a prenatal or regular vitamin with plenty of folic acid. If overweight, some women like to try and lose a little, to help with the process. GO over finances and relax!!! Good luck
