I don't know if its cold feet or what, but I'm nervous that we won't find anything good in our price range!

Christine, we did the same thing in Oct (Before the wedding , yes we are crazy). It is very nerve racking and it is a very stressful time, but don't worry it will all work out. This is the best time of year to sell and to look, so you should get a lot to look at and I am sure you will find something. Check out www.mlsli.com, there are always a lot on that site. are you planning to move out of state? try to sell as an 'exclusive' first before having the realtor list your property with other agents

it might save you money?

also ask if you can have all your prospective purchasers preapproved

i dont know much since ive never sold a house only bought one but those things ive heard from other ppl

as someone who as bought a house please leave it clean for the next person - ive heard HORROR stories!

ok ... here's some info on our house for those who asked.

Our house is in Levittown. Its a 4BR, 2BA levitt ranch with a very nice backyard. We have a rental income which really helps & she's a great tenant. We had a broker's open house (only brokers came to view it b/f the weekend) and interesting concept!

Anyway, 65 brokers were there yesterday & they had only positive things to say about the house. It's in good condition ... listed as excellent ... very clean & neat. This weekend we have 2 Open Houses planned b/c we'll be away. Hopefully we'll have offers on Sunday!!!!

If anyone knows of anyone who might be intersted please let me know! We found something we like in Plainview, but I'm not sure we'll get it ...
