Beach and Summer Theme Brides

What are you doing with your wedding ideas..

MY gf who I am trying to get on here is getting Married Aug 04..

And she needs ideas..

I am making a packet of all that I can find.

SO help!!

You already saw my 'sandollar' STD that Stef made and I'm also using real sandollars as placecards. What else? Oh, the guys are wearing navy blazers and khakis instead of tuxes and they will have ties with pics of little seashells on the (from vineyardvines.com).

If you do a search, applesfla started a thread on this a couple of weeks ago with lots of ideas and PICTURES! There are tons of great ideas for cakes, favors, centerpieces etc.

i am having more of a nautical than beach/summer theme, but here are some of my ideas:

1. sand dollar place cards
2. candles, seashell, starfish, and sand as centerpieces (not sure how to arrange them yet - MS had a great mirror idea in the latest issue so perhaps that will work)
3. seashell cake
4. invitations will have a simple seashell design
5. lobster trap for card holder
