I know we've done this before but lets post our pets weird habits...

One of our cats likes to jump in the bathtub when you get out of the shower and eat the suds.(We have to keep the bathroom door closed at all times.)
Our other cat likes to play with q-tips.He picks them out of the bathroom garbage.

Our dog (black lab) also has a Q-Tip fetish. We can't throw away any q-tips in our bathroom garbage or else he'll eat them. Also, he can't sleep on top of our comforter-he'll take all the blankets in a ball and throw on the floor so he's only resting on sheets-he makes such a mess out of our bed!

SUE were you reading my mind. I was just thinking about this a little while ago when I came home from the store.

When I came home my ferret has a habbit of when no one is home getting into the bed. I didnt know he was in the bed and when I put something down I saw a bump wiggle. I pulled the covers and there was the little one with his head on the pillow and curled up into a ball under the blankets.

Other goofy things

Mushy - can open the fridge. Yes he can open the fridge. about 2 weeks ago FI called me as I was at my parents and asked me how many apples I had, I told him 2. He said ok good because the ferret opened the fridge and pulled out the apples and dragged them to the hallway

he likes to go into the hamper pull out FI's shirts and sleep in them

he likes to run off with socks

he has this orange ball he pulls out to the middle of the floor, play with it then puts it back

he has a stuffed teddy that is wearing a teddy and we call it his B1+ch because he grabs it from the back of the neck and brings it to where he sleeps

He hates closed doors. he has to have access to everything and if you shut the door on him he will scratch until you open it

if either him or i is in the kitchen mushy comes running into the kitchen stops dead in front of the fridge and rolls onto his back, licks his lips and waits for a treat. if you dont give it to him he gets up and lays on your feet.

Stinky ferret: we have a tube in his cage that is curled and he thinks its a slide

he chases his tale like he is a dog

in the litter back he does it backwards. he leaves his front paws in the box and his butt out of the box

he kicks the litter out of his other box and lays in the box

he sleeps half in his hammock and the other half his upper body on the floor.

he stands in his water dish

when he eats he takes his toy tiger and puts it in his food dish and when he drinks he puts his tiger in the water dish. i guess he thinks the tiger is hungry and thirsty

Never a dull moment. Yesterday I gave them a bath and for some reason they are afraid of the water yet swim in there water dishes.

Chippa,OMG he sounds like he's got some personality.He puts his toys in the food and water so they can eat?He sleeps with the teddy bear.How cute is that!

My kitty will ONLY lick out of the faucet.....REFUSES to drink out of her bowl.

It scares me that she will get dehydrated all day without water.....it's not like we can leave the faucets on all day long!!!!!!!!!

Our black lab is fascinated by anything that comes out of the bathroom garbadge- tissues, Q-Tips, even (yuck) feminine products. He leaves those strewn all over the house. FH hates it My dog thinks he is being sneaky, he slinks into the bathroom, tries to drink out of the toilet, and acts like the bathroom is a carnival

My psychotic cat will only drink water out of a juice glass, not a water dish. Also, he used to play fetch, but he hasn't done that lately.

I wish we did have a drippy faucet.....If i get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, she follows me, jumps up on the counter and meows until I turn it on....

Our cat likes to sleep on the dryer when we are drying clothes.

Chippa - they sound like a riot Have you ever posted pics of them?

My cat has to sit on the desk whenever I am sitting there. If papers are in the way she will walk back and forth in front of the monitor until I clear a space for her.

If there is ever a rubber band or twist tie laying around - she will find it in seconds even if it is under something else so she can play with it. It's funny watching her play with rubber bands - she keeps snapping herself with it....LOL

And she stays mostly by me, but listens more to DH?

I have 2 cats...

Bubba has a foot fetish. He always rubs himself on our bare feet or on FH's shoes. And he likes to chew curling ribbon...I can't put ribbons on my christmas gifts anymore because he goes under the tree and chews them off!

Snapple likes to lean against the wall and sit like a person when he cleans his belly. I was LMAO the first time I saw him...I have to post a picture later. He also follows me to the bathroom and tries to jump on my lap when I'm doing my business!! And he LOVES to eat plastic bags!

Dani, how true!

Onyx has us totally trained- he knows where his treats are, and he stands in front of the cabinet and whines when he wants one. When we walk in to see what he is crying about, he looks at me-looks at the cabinet where the treats are-looks at me-back to the cabinet....as if saying, dont you get it?? Give me a treat!! He will repeat as long as it takes for him to get a 'cookie'

He also sleeps w. his favorite toy of the moment on hs dog bed next to his head. He wont go to sleep without it, will paw at the door until he can go out and find it in the living room.
