Question for those who are taking or who took their photos before their ceremony.

Ok my ceremony will be at 4pm and it should last 50-1hr. My reception is basically across the street from my ceremony. We plan on doing family photos with aunts and uncles and the like between the ceremony and the cocktail hour. So we have to take our photos first.

My GM's and FH have to be at the church at 330 (that is time the priest says they have to be there)

OK. What time should we start to get ready? - book the hair and makeup for?

How long did it take to do your photos with your parents, bridal party and your FH,

What time should I have the limos come? how should I work the limos? I don't see how I can get this done in 3 hours (photos - if we want to go somewhere, get to the ceremony and then the reception in 3 hours)

HELP!

Re: Question for those who are taking or who took their photos before their ceremony.

this is what I did...adjust it to your times...

I woke up at 6:30
hair and make-up arrived at 7
hair and make-up done at 9:30
got to hall at 10:30
started taking pics alone and with DH
I really don't remember too much...but we were done before 11:45...with EVERYTHING...family, together...bridal party...

ask your photog how much time HE needs...

That sounds about where we are at. Our photograph wants us to be ready by 9:30ish to start taking 1st half of the pictures until around 10:30 then we are going up to the hall to take the ones of us together.
