What to buy for Aug baby?

This may sound like a silly ? but I would like to buy some clothes for the baby (sex unknown) and i am not sure what to put on a newborn in Aug. My son who is 4 was born in December and was all bundled up. There are so many cute summer clothes. Should I buy long sleeve sleepers and outfits?

Definitly sleepers are good... try to make sure they are cotton lightweight.
