Question for the married ladies

I was thinking about the logistics of after the reception and was wondering...

For those of you who were staying in a hotel other than your RH..did you change from your gown into something else before leaving the RH for the hotel or did you go to the hotel in your gown?

I plan on going from the RH to the hotel in my gown - and wearing it at the after party too! I want to wear it every minute I can!!!

i went to the hotel in my gown, it was too much to take it off and change there.

I HAD PLANS ON KEEPING TEH DRESS ON AND THEN CAME HOME TO DROP STUFF OFF BEFORE GOING TO TEH HOTEL AND THAT BAD BOY CAME RIGHT OFF LOL

My dress stayed on until we went up to our room. So I wore it to the hotel and after party! I would have slept in it and wore it to breakfast the next morning if I could have.

went to hotel in my dress, but it was short.
I do look at my mom's wedding pix and I love her going away suit. It was kind of a pretty tradition.

i stayed in my dress until about 3:30am, when we finally left the after party and went to bed! well we looked through our envelopes and did some other stuff first!
