Papillon Breeder/Rescue?

Does anyone know of a reputable papillon breeder/rescue in NYC.
(only helpful posts please, I am interested in getting information only, not starting a debate thanks in advance.)

Hi! Glad to see you're interested in a rescue! I would start by checking Petfinder.com and you can also google NYC papillon rescues. Also, try checking the websites for local shelters, and also the aspca website because i think they have links there for other rescue organizations! I think it's great that you rescued, I rescued my lil chihuahua a year ago and we both couldn't be happier!! Good luck!!
