Hi Ladies just have a question for the 08 brides.I was married sept 28,08 and still have not received my video.Has anyone used Phil from Bellarino,and if so when did you get married and how long till you recieved your video??

Call them. I got married Nov 2nd and I called Golden Moments and they said they had updated there editing equipment so they are very behind and it will be a few more weeks before i get my video.

I would call them! Something is not right! I was married on September 12, 2008 and I got mine back in Jan or Feb only cause it was so hard for DH and I to get to our photographer because of work schedules..but you should have them!!!! No question about it!! I would demand an answer and would not hang up till I was satisfied!!!!
