Going to the Fox Hollow tonight
We're deciding on menu and all that fun stuff. Yeah!!

We picked out our menu, linens, and cake last night. Another thing checked off the list
Now we have to work on our seating plan. Which would be a lot easier if people responded.

yes! you are right seating would be easier if people took the time to write back!!! I am a scotto bride too form the Westbury Manor and just got the menu done on Monday!

What did you pick? I did my menu but I've never eaten there so I don't know about my choices.

have fun! Scotto brothers places are fabulous for food I am sure no matter what you choose you wont be going wrong, but I had a hard time picking just because I wanted more choices

In addition to all of the passed hors d'oeuvres and stations they provide during the cocktail hour we selected...Pasta station: Penne alla vodka & Shells w/broccoli garlic & oil
Japanese Hibachi
Fajita station
Carving: Pork
Buffet: Hawaiian chicken, eggplant rollatine, danish baby back ribs, fried calamari & spanish paella
For dinner, our appetizer is the fresh fruit
salad: Spring garden
Entree: Filet Mignon, Perch Parmentier & poulet de la princesse
Dessert: Coupe al chocolat and our cake is marble, fresh strawberries as the filling and buttercream.

Japanese Hibachi station
Fajita station
Carving: Turkey & Ham
Buffet: spanokopita, seafood scampi, arroz con pollo, egglant rollatini, beef bouguignonne
Dinnner MEnu:
appetizer: fresh fruit
salad: Spring garden
Entree: Filet Mignon, Salmon Clasico & Poulet de la Princesse
Dessert: Viennese trays on th e tables
Our cake is marble too, with raspberry filling
Its the fondant cake. I hate fondant but I liked the look of the cake. Somehow they talekd me into the more expensive cake when I was sure I wouldn't add on anything.
Everything sound so good. I hope its all as good as it sounds.
