My WW Family, please help your baby sister . . .

I joined WW a few months back and of course, dropped out like the loser that I am.

Now that I want to try to do it again, I can't find that little book that tells me how many points I should eat per day. Not only that, my FH wants to do it too.

Is this information available online anywhere...FOR FREE??

HELP!?!?!?!

dO YOU HAVE A PALM PILOT? there is a site that you can download the WW calc for free and it gives you the point ranges...
