Re: How do you print invitation envelopes?

We only used our printer for our outer envelopes, we tried the inner ones, but they are too thick for the printer and were getting ruined . We sent the inner ones out to be printed on a commercial printer, we told then the writing style we used for the outer ones and the exact color we used and they were able to match it perfectly. I thought it would be expensive to do this, but it only cost around $50 and that included overnighting them back and forth since we had to do this at the last minute because we didn't realize that we couldn't do it ourselves! I can't remember the name of the place we used but I can get it from my fiance if anyone needs it. Good Luck!

Re: How do you print invitation envelopes?

I just tried to print the envelopes and they are not looking good. I may be doing it all wrong. I was using MicrosoftWord but from there, I can't tell you what I did.

Re: How do you print invitation envelopes?

Go to Microsoft word and click on the TOOLS, then choose the mailings option or envelopes and labels. When you get to that window choose options and you can choose what size your envelope is. There's a way to mail merge your addresses from your guest list instead of typing out..but that I'm not too sure of...Any computer techs out there?

Re: How do you print invitation envelopes?

I also used Microsoft word. Use the Letters and mailings ------> Envelopes and Labels. You have to set the envelope size. Please test out on regular paper first on how yo will feed your envelopes. It looks just as good as calligraphy.
