Photography in Style
Has anyone ever used this vendor? How were they? I jsut heard of them the other day through an ad I saw. I checked out their page and it doesn't seem bad, but I am really unsure about going with a vendor I have never heard of.
also - did anyone book a dj that does zap shots? and who were they?

I am booked with John at Photography In Style. He takes really great shots and is great at making you feel comfortable. What I like is that he's not afraid to take unique shots in unique locations. He encourages you to go for it. He already has this idea for a bar scene with the Bridal Party at the restaurant next to the church. He has reasonable packages as well. I just got an email from Photography in Style for free engagement photos. Wasn't sure if it was a scam or not. But them seem really good, I'm going to call this weekend!

I used Photography In Style for my wedding. Don't be afraid that he is not a huge company - you actually get more personalized service, cheaper prices and more flexibility that way.
My pictures were great. For my engagement shoot, I gave him a printout of different shots I wanted and he did all of them, no problem.

We are using John...our engagement pics are tomorrow. He is very in touch and we loved his energy and creativeness. We were willing to try him out and the only thing I was nervous about was that he was never at our venue before, but he ended up getting a last minute wedding there right before we booked, so I was so happy! He is reasonable as well and very flexible. Definitely give him a call!

I also got that e-mail! I was wondering if it was a scam as well... that's the other reason I posted the question!
