Did I post the pumpkin Spice dip recipe ??

I have been drooling over this recipe...making it 2 times a week and i know I wanted to post it but not sure if i did!! So ladies, forgive me if I did this already but it is SOOO good and not bad for you at all!!

Pumpkin Spice Dip
1 package fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup splenda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple flavoring (i couldnt find it so I left it out...im sure you could use maple syrup if you wanted!)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 carton (8 oz) fat free whipped topping

In a large mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, pumpkin and sugar substitute. Mix well. Beat in the cinnamon, vanilla, maple flavoring, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving.

Yields: 4 cups

Nutrition: Serving 3 tablespoons (which was more than I though it would be!) 33 calories, 1 gram of fat, 4 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram protein

I don't use the nutmeg and I kind of just estimate with the other spices and all! Enjoy with graham crackers, rice cakes, apples, pretzels, ginger snaps!! (or anything else!)
