NWR- saw New Moon last night

just had to share- seeing it BEFORE everyone else (9:00 show) was AMAZING... it felt weird walking past all the people waiting for the mid-night show. I got to the theater at 8:35 and the line for mid-night wrapped around the entire theater... it was PACKED... walking out of the movie was even weirder... there were people giving us nasty looks and questioning stares.

but the movie- I didn't like as much as I thought I would- at first... now that its been 12 hours since I left the theater... I think I did like it A LOT... you can't compare new moon to twilight- different director, different BUDGET, different set-up (the fact that all the books are done now and weren't when twilight filmed)
This director did a GREAT job setting up for the rest of the series. little things here and there (blue dress).. the ending was a little too BAM! I think they could have held that scene for about 15 seconds and gotten a much better effect (think sopranos) opening was AMAZING... and kristen stewart isn't as bad an actress as she was in twilight- i actually LIKED her in new moon...
um.. always gonna be team edward- but HELLO JACOB! in the books I HATED jacob and the pack, but in the movie.. WOW!
really disappointed in the amount of screen time the cullens got.... emmett had a whole TWO lines!? W TF is that about!?

sooo.. thats all, can't wait to see it again! and can't wait for it to come out on DVD!... and really can't wait for eclipse in JUNE!

i actually saw it today and was pleasantly surprised! the acting and effects were much better in this movie. i also was shocked to find that i liked jacob a lot more thanks to this film compared to how i felt about him in the books.

New Moon was way better than Twilight and I'm positive Eclipse will be even better than the 2 put together. I can't wait to see it again.
100% Team Edward but Jacob's got an amazing body.
I don't know if I can wait til June for Eclipse!

It was def better than twilight! I also liked Kristin better in this movie and was suprised how little the Cullens were in the movie. Jacob is just too hot! I havent read the books but I def want to now ! Cant wait for Eclipse !

I dont know if it was b/c i was tired...but I was really disappointed with the movie. I thought the acting was bad
