My goal for tonight...

... is to hopefully FINALLY finish our TY cards! They've been about 80% done for the last 2 weeks. DH is going out for guys night so that's my only goal so I can stop thinking about them!

We're also going to look at a house tonight that we really liked on MLS, so wish us luck bc this whole house hunting thing is getting old.

Well the TY cards are still sitting on my coffee table. Only about 10 left though.

But the house was really good! It's on the small side but we could move in and not do a thing to it! We already told our RE agent that we want to put an offer in, but they're having an open house today so we're going to go back and look at it again. This is the 7th offer we've put on a house, so maybe it'll be lucky #7?

I was looking at it with my BFF but the no basement killed it for her DH....but I was DROOLING over that house! The kitchen! SWOOOOOOOOOOOON!

The kitchen is AMAZING!!! We're hoping the no basement is why a lot of ppl won't like it, and also bc even though it's 3 BRs you have to walk through one to get to another one. So we have an offer in but our realtor heard that another offer has 30% to put down which we def do not, so I'm not holding my breath.
