Pissed - and sick

I went to the doctor on wed for sinuses. Doc said my sinuses were fine and was probably just allergies. They prexcribed me a Z pack and allegra and has been on that for 3 days and today I feel worse. I have no idea what the hell is wrong with me or making me sick. My ears hurt, my throat hurt, I'm sniffly and miserable. I hope I feel better tomorrow I have a christening to attend

I have allergies and while they can be rough, allegra usually works.

I've also had sinus infections and they are AWFUL. I wonder if your doc was wrong. When I have had sinus infections, I had to take amoxicillin for 10 days. If you don't feel better by Sunday, I would try to go to another doc on Monday. It sux that this is happening on a weekend.

maybe you have a cold or the beginnings of a flu. it sounds like what happens to me when i get sick...i feel like i'm having allergies/sinus problems but when i take something like dayquil i feel a lot better.

z pack isnt strong enough for you. If it hasnt worked by now it prob wont-you need something stronger.
I also took amoxicillin and it helped me as soon as I took the first pill. Can you get in touch with your Dr ??? Maybe he can prescribe you something different
